One factor contributing to this is that the security budget is more visible in small organizations, while in the big investment companies are often hidden in other areas of the budget portfolio of IT, such as architecture, infrastructure and so on. The elements of spending on IT security have changed in recent years. Thus, almost half of every euro spent is intended for internal and external staff, and only 30 percent of products. The remaining 20 percent are related to other concepts, such as maintenance and upgrades.
